About

I work with you, not for you

My name is Steyn Hooijer. I started Hooijer Enterprise because I genuinely like helping founders get further. Not by handing them a plan but by building alongside them.

Before this I spent more than eight years in sales and business development. Before that, six years in recruitment, where I helped companies build their teams and saw how much it matters when you genuinely move someone forward. In all those years I kept seeing the same thing with founders. They try to sell themselves, they talk more than they ask and there is no structure underneath it. Not because they can't, but because sales takes time, energy and a consistency that is hard to hold while you are also running a company. That is where I come in. I bring the structure. I make sure things get done and followed up. And I keep the conversations coming.

I treat your business as if it were my own. That means honest input even when it's uncomfortable and staying until it actually works.
