This is the privacy statement of Hooijer Enterprise, run by Steyn Hooijer, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands (KVK 94966095). I keep this short and plain, because that is how data handling should be.
I use your details only to schedule and prepare the call and to reply to you. The website statistics help me understand which pages are useful. I do not use your data for anything else and I do not sell it.
The legal basis is your own request: you book a call or send me an email and I respond to it. I also have a legitimate interest in replying to you properly.
Booking a call runs through Cal.com. What you enter there ends up in my Google calendar. Cal.com and Google are US companies, so your data may be processed outside the European Union. Their own privacy policies explain how they handle it. Email you send me arrives at Strato in Germany. Plausible is an EU-based analytics service that works without cookies and stores no personal data, so this site does not need a cookie banner. I do not share your data with anyone else.
I keep your details only as long as needed to follow up properly. I delete them when they are no longer relevant or as soon as you ask me to.
You can ask me to see, correct, delete or limit the data I hold about you, to object to its use or to receive a copy. Email me at steyn@hooijerenterprise.nl and I will sort it out. If you feel I do not handle this well, you can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
